Shipping and Return Policy - StG Hunting Supply

1. General Policy

StG Hunting Supply reserves the right to update this policy at any time, with changes taking immediate effect upon publication on www.StGHuntingSupply.com. By using our services, you agree to the terms of this policy. If you do not accept these terms, you must cease using our services immediately.

2. Order Cancellations

Before an order is shipped, buyers may request cancellation by contacting us via stghuntingsupply.com/contact-us.
If we are unable to fulfill your order within the processing time due to reasons such as out-of-stock items, we reserve the right to cancel and refund your order.

3. Return & Refund Policy

Buyers must submit a return or refund request within 21 days of delivery. Requests made after this period may be denied.
If your order was not shipped within the stated processing time, you are entitled to request a full refund. We will process your request within 3 business days.
For orders already shipped, refund requests will be processed within 10 business days.
If your package is returned to us during transit, we will issue a refund or begin redelivery within 3 to 5 business days, depending on your request.

4. Damaged or Defective Goods

If you receive damaged or defective goods, you must provide compelling evidence (photos or videos) to support your claim. If the claim is validated, we will provide a prepaid return label within 3 business days and issue a refund once the return is in transit. Alternatively, you may request a redelivery.
For non-defective remorse returns, StG Hunting Supply reserves the right to accept or reject the request. If accepted, a restocking fee of up to 35% of the order total may be applied.

5. Incorrect or Missing Products

If you receive incorrect or missing items, we will offer a full refund or replacement. For minor issues that do not affect product functionality (e.g., wrong color or size), we may offer a partial refund or resend the correct item.

6. Shipping Issues

If your tracking information is invalid or not updated for more than 7 business days, you may request a refund, which will be processed within 3 business days.
If transit time exceeds the estimated delivery time by 10 days or more without valid tracking updates, you may apply for a refund.
Certain shipping methods may not be trackable in specific countries, and disputes regarding these methods will not be accepted.

7. Force Majeure

StG Hunting Supply is not responsible for delays or damages caused by events beyond our control, such as natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, or customs inspections. We will notify you of any such issues via stghuntingsupply@gmail.com.

8. Destination Limits

We do not accept disputes for orders shipped to specific countries where international transportation is limited. A list of these countries is provided in the full policy.

9. Returns

Returns are accepted only at our USA warehouses. We do not recommend returning products due to high international shipping costs and potential damage during transit.
If you wish to return a product, please contact us within 10 days of receipt, and we will assist you.

10. Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled for a full refund before processing. However, certain customized or special orders (e.g., POD, pre-order inventory, video/photo services) cannot be canceled after payment.

11. Unacceptable Disputes

We do not accept disputes based on reasons such as dislike of the product, unusual smells, incorrect orders or SKUs, or discrepancies that were pre-negotiated. Disputes will also not be accepted if tracking information is untraceable due to third-party logistics issues.

12. Additional Considerations

If you are unsatisfied with the resolution of your after-sales issue, you are responsible for escalating the dispute with StG Hunting Supply.
